I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. We have no central repository for old documents, so I’m constantly fumbling around & starting from zero. I keep finding systems or programs that someone was supposed to get me access to/train me on but never did. I’m so stressed out because I never know if I’m missing something huge.
