Can you help me understand the PF deductions in Coforge CTC, Is it just the employers contribution ? And employees share will be deducted from Gross Monthly Salary?
Also about LTA , Can i opt out of it and get it as taxable amount?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. YOE is 11yrs (I know it's less for the YOE)
With my new offer, if I ask TCS to match the offer to 25L. Will they agree?

I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. Why do partners tell associates to be cost-conscious when billing for certain clients when they can just cut your hours on the back end?

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

At an ID firm, but doing 30% ID, and the rest is appellate work + appellate work in a different area of law. Team is amazing—well known people in the legal community. I love appellate work, want to be a state ct appellate judge ultimately. But I’m scared I’m locking myself into ID. What should I do?
