The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. I argued against making it mandatory since it forces people to either lie or come out. But I’m also wondering from the standpoint of someone who isn’t cis, what’s the right approach here?

Almost midnight here and I'm cleaning my medicine cabinet so I can reboot having a regular skin-care routine.
