Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Started applying while here and just had a bunch of interviews. Also just hung out with me and others who had jobs to get a foot in the door. Networking helpsz
Can I hang out with you...
I know a woman who did this successfully, but it was my grandmother and it was 100 years ago and she wasn’t in advertising.
My friend came on a 3 month tourist visa and got a job.
How... did he do that? Did he start applying way before he went there or he only started once he was there?
I know a girl who got married to a US citizen and started working that way. So that's one way.
That’s definitely my plan Z
You have to have something really special for an agency to want to wait, relocate you and sponsor you. The best way is to move within a network.
I flew over on a tourist visa.
Had already reached out to all the places I wanted to work. Met with a bunch of different studios and agencies. Got a job offer then applied for visa.
Best to get in front of people and network as soon as you get there.
Make sure you don’t send any ‘I’m going to work/immigrate!’ signals at the border or on socials - just pack for a holiday.

Brand/design studio, not advertising
I considered them - but they’re more complicated and might draw more attention.
I didn’t have a return flight booked but it would the smart thing to do.
