500 words is really short. But I think SVB will still be a thing by then. What I would do is look at the underlying issues with recent bank failures and take a look at that generally with respect an audience that will be affected. I wrote something a while ago after a major big box store filed for bankruptcy essentially discussing issues landlords face with respect to their leases in the chapter 11 context. I’m sure there is an angle there that’s more generally applicable in the SVB context that won’t be dated so quickly.
I like that-thank you!
Corporate transparency act of 2021 and how there will be a beneficial ownership database. Our clients who really like anonymity are freaking out
We are advising privacy oriented clients, with the means to do so to, to establish a family office in Switzerland where someone can act as full nominee shareholder without it being denoted on any company documents.

Title: The Corporate Transparency Act of 2021: A Dramatic Shift in Privacy and the Flight to Swiss Family Offices
The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) of 2021 sent shockwaves through the business world as it blew the veil of secrecy off countless shell corporations. This groundbreaking legislation aims to combat illicit activities by requiring companies to disclose their beneficial owners' identities to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The CTA has forced many high-net-worth individuals and family offices to rethink their privacy strategies.
In the face of this dramatic change, the picturesque landscapes and serene lakes of Switzerland have become a beacon of hope for those seeking discretion. Switzerland, renowned for its banking secrecy and stable political climate, has emerged as a prime destination for establishing family offices. The Swiss family office model offers privacy, asset protection, and expert financial management, making it an attractive alternative in a post-CTA world.
As the clock ticks, businesses and individuals worldwide are scrambling to take the next steps to preserve their privacy. Swiss family offices are experiencing a surge in demand, and the race is on to establish a foothold in this Alpine haven. With the CTA now in full effect, many are left to ponder the future of financial privacy and the inexorable march of global transparency.
The Corporate Transparency Act of 2021 marks a dramatic shift in the global financial landscape. As the dust settles, those seeking discretion and privacy are increasingly turning their gaze towards the snow-capped peaks of Switzerland, where the age-old tradition of banking secrecy still stands tall.
