Hi folks, I received an email from Microsoft recruiter after 3 interviews to schedule a call for decision & feedback. I never had an experience before with firms on giving feedback on a call. Usually, if it’s a happy decision we get a call from recruiter and if it’s rejection then an email. Can someone share some thoughts on this. Thanks a lot in advance.

From what I understand, ethics is separate from legal. Legal violations have consequences, ethical violations don’t. What’s the point of ethics if there are no consequences? Sure when it’s convenient to be ethnical, everyone will be. It only matters when it’s not convenient. So should there be ethics set up with consequences like loss of job that applies evenly for everyone in the company including the CEO? Should their be financial consequences set up for smaller violations?

Thoughts on a Consultant role at GCP vs AWS vs Azure?

Currently studying for the DP-100 exam. Any tips/tricks for studying? I'm currently using the MeasureUp practice test, taking a Udemy course, and looking through the self paced study material.

MeasureUp: a lot of really obscure questions and the documentation references aren't great.

Udemy & Self-Paced Doumentation: very high level and the practice questions are too easy. I could answer most without following the material.

Also, there isn't a lot of overlap between the study materials.
