I would like to know how certifications like AWS Solutions Architect and/or Azure Administrator 104 (got both) impact the yearly compensation, mainly in Spain (Barcelona). I have just graduated and have under one year experience in the field (cloud consultant). I would like some advice as everything is pretty new to me.

I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?

How is variable pay decided in accenture. I joined a year back and want to understand the process. I have 95% annual chargebility. I am a management consultant - band 9.

Is it normal for a creative department to be set up so that only 1 or 2 creative teams get all the “good” briefs (campaign concepts, commercial shoot opportunities, anything with budget) and the rest of the creative teams churn out the “boring work” (banners, social from already shot assets,etc).
