For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.

Folks, I've recently moved to the U.S. and healthcare here is a maze, even if I have health coverage through the job. I've been wanting to see a therapist and it feels like it is quite expensive to see one. I'm on a HDP PPO plan and essentially I was told I pay $250 a session till I spend ~$7000, and then insurance copay kicks in. Seriously at a loss if I'm missing something or if folks spend the same on seeing a therapist. I'm curious as to how a lot of folks are able to afford the price tag.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate so much and feel very lucky to have a job BUT I am losing all the energy and excitement regardles of the project. Every day I struggle with going back to this consulting work. I just don't have the energy to focus (this is not the case for other things and side hustles). I manage to keep it down and deliver but I fear it's a matter of time until I fail. Trying to find an exit/job but had 1 interview in 3 months. I feel trapped and guilty for feeling this.

I was hired a few months ago by D to do data science. I am not doing data science currently, is there a way I can switch roles internally? Should I talk to my coach?
