One of my coworkers thinks she deserves more PTO than it is allowed in our agency because she's "struggling". We all struggle with our own battles but she's being very rude about it. How can we handle this?

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
