Hi All,
I am currently serving notice period and will be available from 11th Nov 2022. I am looking for better opportunity with Banking firms Like Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse.
I know that getting calls from these companies are only possible through consultancies. Can someone please help me with some consultancy persons contact information who can schedule the interviews with these orgs.

I always find it’s a good indication of culture/chaos in an org
That’s true, I heard good reviews about this particular asset manager. Maybe this particular team is chaos
Ugh what a joke. How long has it been? I think the fact that they let you know it could take 3-4 weeks is a courtesy and probably (hopefully) means that they will actually follow up, but who knows in this job market? I'd keep applying if you aren't already
Thank you! I will keep applying for now and just patiently wait
I’d try to be a little patient with a holiday week in the midst of that period.. that being said I just made it through 3 final round interviews, one I got an automated denial from 4 weeks after the final interview, one offer that was immediately put on a hiring freeze and one that is now going on week 3 of radio silence… so keep your head up and keep moving forward.
Unfortunately the only person you can count on to act decently is yourself, but if you do that you’ll put yourself in a good situation more often than not!
Thank you for this!
Some AM's go silent for 1-2 months given HR back office are waiting for budget approval and to tell internal candidates they havent got the role. Worth chasing HR and the hiring manager - if you know them. worst i heard of was 3 months - from a uk asset manager
How long has it been? I’ve had offers come 8 weeks after the final interview….
That’s a crazy wait, did you at least get updates on the way? I guess I’m being impatient, but it’s been 3 weeks. I can wait, it’s the ghosting from HR that gets to me
Just happened to me been 6 weeks after the final round. Haven’t heard anything back :(
Yeaah the first time i followed up they said they needed more time to make a decision but after that nothing. Hopefully you hear something!
Fully agree... if you go through multiple rounds they should be communicating
Reflects on the firm's culture. Had a KC based asset manager do that to me.
Actually had one of the folks I interviewed with contact me months later. I helped him bit shared how I was ghosted. He was embarrassed (he deserved to be!)
HR wound up sending a lame email. Avoid all asset managers based in KC :-)
Would this by chance be ACI? If so, I’ve actually heard good things about that firm. But in any firm you’ll have horrible managers/ HR. Was the position for KC or in the NY or Cali office? And if you don’t mind sharing, what role was it?
