Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Would it be bad if I change my start date? I proposed to my employer a start date 2 weeks after I quit my job, but now that I think about it, I feel like I need a week to recharge before starting a new job.

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣.
