Anyone else interviewing for LinkedIn? good time to change jobs??

H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

This feels like unfair practice. Is it common? What should be my approach?

Did you all know partners can now delegate their LinkedIn profiles to recruiters? Super sketchy in my opinion bc recruiters can’t even handle outlook...

I have attended interview for Intelligent automation role in EY india yesterday for L1. the same person who contacted me earlier has conducted the round . Does EY India don't have a recruiter team?.
Then how long it would take to get call for L2 if cleared?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out.
