Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?

I had the same problem. Work version of me was influencing my regular personality! My new employer Lumon has done a great job at helping me detach from work. It’s like I don’t even remember work!

You don’t have people giving you guidance. Work is just work. You don’t have to “mask”, just do your work. When you finish work, close that door and relax. I know work is important but only because it’s income and something hopefully intellectually interesting. “Masking” is just a made up word.
No offense, but I am assuming you're probably not a nuerodivergent and don't understand what masking is
Consulting will do that to a mfer. Same thing happened to me.
And yet it's like the nuerotypicals can still tell there's something not quite right about me. Like it's that game where you're trying to find out who the outsider is.
So now it's just me being a boring nueordivrrgrnt who still is not hitting the 100% mark at blending in.

I’ve been at Booz Allen for 20 years and in a senior role. I have ADHD (diagnosed) and have 2 kids with ASD and ADHD and so probably have some ASD too. I think it really depends on what team/client/market you are in. I’ve actually found BAH to be way, way more accepting than my other previous employers. That said the social battery drain is real and between work and parenting it’s a lot. But the masking from work for me is not the issue. It sounds like you might just be working with jerks.
Eh I don't think they're jerks. Maybe my ADHD is just higher. I mean I have to mask around friends too that haven't known me for years. My ADHD could just go harder. Or I mean no one csn be their true self at work so maybe I just don't fit in in general so I have to hide my entire personality
