Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I'd call all those strong signs, but 3 weeks is short enough to be called am episode. My off-the-cuff recommendation is taking a longer-than-usual vacation - give yourself time to think about the who/what/why's of it all. I'm not saying you should stew in misery for 6 months or whatever, but if you generally like your firm maybe you can find another team/practice/whatever to try. At any rate, don't leave unless you can articulate what you're leaving so you know you don't take a job with the same problems.
There's nothing weak about leaving consulting. There's a lot to dislike, and I consider the confidence to walk away from unnecessary bullshit pretty strong.
I have been doing consulting for over 20 years and I can absolutely tell you that around this time of year the vast majority of us are feeling burned out.
I can personally tell you that I am flying to the client site this week but I am not thinking about work at all.
Take the full week off during thanksgiving even if you gave to call in sick. Then take 2 full weeks off at the end of the year. Again even if you call in sick.
Take that time and see how you feel as that. Tell you wife the plan too. Then if it is still bad in Jan that is a sign that you might need to transition.
It’s also spilling into my personal life, I get irritated with my wife easily which is causing issues at home. I’m feeling down, and confused. Not sure if this lifestyle is worth it for me personally, but I was hoping to stick out to till SM promo (next year) although now I don’t know if I can. Wondering if I’m experiencing burn out, or a bad episode, although it’s going on 3 weeks now. Also, how does one navigate this internally without being deemed “weak”?
3 weeks is burnout and can be reversed by time off. If time off doesn’t reverse it, then it has become depression (and burnout leads to depression).
This all sounds like burnout. It can be episodic but I’ve seen this in academia turn into a full blown up and quit tons of times.
Definitely tap on the people in your life as much as possible to help you out here. Make your wife aware of what’s going on in your head.
