Oh meetings will often fill me with a certain sense of dread lol. However, I must say I much prefer zoom or other digital meetings to in person meetings. And since my employer has forced us back to the office most of the meetings I am forced to attend are now in person

I feel like that at times. When we first started doing video meetings it was worse, I felt weirdly uncomfortable being on camera. Over time I got used to it, but now and then that anxiety does kick in. There's just something about being on camera that feels odd to me.

Honestly it depends. If I have to present or someone higher up is on the call I definitely get nervous and anxious. Even after all these years of getting on meetings or presenting in person I still do get anxiety. I have always been a ball of nerves when it comes to public speaking.
