I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

And fear of making a rash and improper choice
I was where you were two years ago. Desparate to leave public but also unsure of what I wanted to do. Ended up taking the most lucrative offer I got and in the few weeks before I started I had intense remorse. I even cried about it a few times lol. But I just told myself "you can always leave if you don't like it" and it ended up being just fine. I've had a few coworkers who jumped and didn't like where they ended up and it wasn't too hard to backtrack to public or hop to another industry role. One even became a recruiter. Point is, even if it's scary, you'll be fine or will move on to the next thing (which is nbd in our current climate)
Currently contemplating offers and scared but also not happy where I am.
Are you me? Exactly me right now. Haven’t reneged my offer yet but I’m dreading it.
Guess fear of the unknown is the worst, might be a mental thing and need to assume best case scenario will be there
Likely start, I have to remind myself I’m leaving for a stronger reason. Although the new job is scaring me due to a few late flags I caught and also 2023 doesn’t look like a great year for anyone money wise.
Run towards a new job, not just away from your current one. Best of luck!
Thank you!
I would honestly wait until you accept an offer that you feel excited about. I took a job last year where I felt the same way (regret after accepting) and like…it’s fine now I guess but part of me still regrets not waiting for something I was more excited about.
