(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

It depends on the job posting.
There is either sold work that we are recruiting for or a large project close to being sold that we’re ramping up for. We also recruit for critical/key skill sets regularly no matter if there’s a sold project.
It’s…pretty standard for consulting.
