Rising Star

Thoughtworks playing very smart game, earlier told it will start getting released from 1st June till 10th June, anytime. So that people dont panic.
Now saying that it will be done on 10th June. They simply want to delay this process as much as they can.
Currently they saying they have given to 60% but in relaity it can be the case they have only give to 25-30% folks and claiming they have give to 60 %.
Same like silent layoff is happening but still they claims that there is no layoff.

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
