We are a midsized Healthcare provider with around 900 employees. We are in the market for a new HRIS. We want as close to an all in one solution as possible. We currently use a combination if iSolved, iCims, and timestar. Anyone have recommendations?

What kind of payroll set up will you have?

For ex: Oracle myHR didn't actually run payroll, we still had to use ADP to run checks

Edit to add: have heard good things about iCims; ditto BambooHR

If looking for end to end, ADP is not great. Recruiting function is less than stellar, lots of inconsistencies between portions of the platform. Very few integrations available. Lack luster service post implementation.

We are currently exploring UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors. We have 2600 employees and are currently using UKG Workforce Central for HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping and Healthcare Source for ATS.

UKG may be fitting for your business needs. There are additional modules that you can add onto the core “Pro” system; time tracking, recruiting/onboarding.

Check the comparisons/ratings and magic quadrant on Gartner and G2.com. it's very helpful during rfp/rfq.

Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?

Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great! Turns out the salary and benefits were meant as lowkey bribes to insure I worked at the company without actually doing any work. Every single suggestion I've made has been shut down and I've been ghosted for several meetings with the CEO. What should I do? Just leave?

During the pandemic we started incorporating SparkHire for one way video interviews and now my hiring managers are super attached to it. It was intended to cut down on rounds of interviews - one SparkHire + 1 in person meeting. But now I'm seeing a lot of candidates drop off and not follow through on the spark hire. Is there any argument to hold onto one way video interviews anymore or should I drop it?

Our company of 110 EEs has separate providers for payroll and HRIS, not happy with either products. I’m gathering data to make a pitch to move everything into an all-in-one HRIS + payroll.

Does it make any difference to make the change effective the first week of 2023 payroll, or to make a change in payroll providers mid year? I’m thinking it’s best to start fresh at the beginning of the year and not worry about two payroll companies for reporting. What are other things to consider?

Does anyone have any insight as to how I could learn Workday and other payroll systems? My company is on UKG Ready and I would like to boost my resume and try to learn the ins and outs of other HRIS before applying to other jobs.
