Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

What kind of payroll set up will you have?
For ex: Oracle myHR didn't actually run payroll, we still had to use ADP to run checks
Edit to add: have heard good things about iCims; ditto BambooHR
If looking for end to end, ADP is not great. Recruiting function is less than stellar, lots of inconsistencies between portions of the platform. Very few integrations available. Lack luster service post implementation.
We are currently exploring UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors. We have 2600 employees and are currently using UKG Workforce Central for HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping and Healthcare Source for ATS.
UKG may be fitting for your business needs. There are additional modules that you can add onto the core “Pro” system; time tracking, recruiting/onboarding.
Check the comparisons/ratings and magic quadrant on Gartner and G2.com. it's very helpful during rfp/rfq.
