Anyone have an opinion of Videoamp?

I am H1B and I’ve started my GC process. my husband is also on H1B but won’t get his GC sponsored until his next job. What happens if he has started the GC process but by then his H1B had run out? Can he still work while it’s pending with an application for EAD? Can he work as H4 under my H1B till I get my GC issued?

I am 3 weeks away from my last working day and not getting any interview calls even after updating at various job portals. What could be the reason? I am 7+ years of work experience in software testing. Please help.

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?
