Anyone have experience of working in the defence sector at Deloitte (UK) who can share what the culture and work/life balance is like? Been head hunted for a role, but quite happy in my current place and heard a lot of negatives about Deloitte…. My experience of working alongside them was that they often put far too junior staff in roles (solo) to save money & win work, then left them to drown. Is this common/widespread?

So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. I do see a few new projects come in every week but I’m not getting staffed on them. Should I be worried? Should I ask my PM if I should be worried? We’re in a pretty small group less than 20 people
