Can speak for Citi. Security org is huge and people are generally very helpful and friendly. Work life balance is very good and you do own your own work. I was an c14 (svp) there

No experience. My SSN got on the dark web cos of T-Mobile. 🤷♂️
It’s a seasonal tradition for t-mobile
I would be careful going to CITI at the moment, the re-org that is going on at the moment from what people at CITI are telling me is not going well, lots of Chaos and issues as a result.
Here's an article about CITI being hit by delays to remediating the consent orders.

T-mobile I’ve been there as a consultant after their big data breach. Rates are pretty decent. They typically want you on site. Local area is expensive in Bellevue area. There’s lots of work there. They are trying to step up their game. There’s just a mountain of poorly designed old code there. You can highlight the differences between encryption and encoding and look smart. It’s on par with other telcos, kinda like government, good WLB. I was there for about 6 weeks, pretty chill.
Citi is great. WLB is solid but hybrid is typically enforced.
Unless the role is listed as remote.
