Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

Bain & Company Atlanta people! I’m in the process of applying for MBA programs and wanted to ask what recruiting is like for MBB from Emorys program? Is there a reasonable shot at getting into the Atlanta office from Emory, or are those openings primarily filled by other schools (Duke, UVA, etc.)

I've been reading alot of conflicting research around the housing market in this area and whether it's going to go up or down. Just looking for some more reliable analysis if anyone can point me to it.
generally speaking, real estate is a safe investment in atlanta, especially midtown - converging trends (i.e. urban renewal, climate migration, corporate presence, etc.) provide some degree of insulation to any macroeconomic trends (i.e. recession, inflation, 10y treasury, mortgage rates, etc.) - this is certainly not infallible, merely my observations
Better yet instead of selling, buy something you can rent to other phd students.
