When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations

A question for recruiters with knowledge of Applicant Track Systems (ATS). Do products like Greenhouse show if an applicant has applied at other companies? I imagine not, as it would be a massive privacy violation if that was the case.

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made?
