I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.
Any ideas i still have chances to get offer? BNY Mellon
Anyone got recruited for Pune location recently? My interview process has been completed and asked for documents on 23rd Dec, but till now I haven’t got any update after that. My partner showed up really early (4am) in Monroe to be the first in line. Strangely he had just gotten his RealID this summer (in person) but that was considered a “replacement” not an in-person renewal. I thought he was crazy to go so early, but it worked. Also, logging in first thing in the morning gives you access to the next 90-day appointment. I don’t know if logging in at midnight would help. And unless you are getting pulled over a lot , a few days of an expired license shouldn’t be a big deal.
Thank you! This was helpful. I tried checking first thing in the morning and see that the next one day at the end of the 90 day window does open up with availability. And the appointments go fast. Feels like trying to get a reservation at an exclusive restaurant. 😅
This was 2 years ago but I was able to get one in CLT by continually checking and grabbing an appointment when they added more. The DMV told me that the state system initially gives the same number of appointments to all the DMVs and then the Charlotte ones can add more appointments since they have more employees. But not sure if it still works that way. I’d suggest getting an appointment further out so you have something and then trying to get in early. You can always cancel that if something better works out or if you decide to wait in the walk in line somewhere.
Check every morning at around 830 am online. Not only will new windows open up around then but cancellations will also show availability sooner.
Thank you! I’ve started checking in the morning and you are right, the next day at the end of the 90-day window opens up and those appointments go fast. This morning I also saw one appointment that must have been a cancellation! Gonna keep checking and keep my fingers crossed for a cancellation to pop up that works with my schedule. 🍀
Go to any small town’s DMV outside of Charlotte
Morganton is a great spot for this. No lines. In and out. Not rude at all.
I heard if you visit a DMV you can scan the QR code and reserve a spot (may be 1+ day until you need to go back)
