I am reaching out because I was recently contacted to interview for Cigna Provider Engagement Development Program. I wanted to see if I could connect with anyone on here that I can help give a breakdown of what this program entails, day-to-day, and WLB. Any tips on the interview and interview process for anyone working in this position? I would be truly grateful for any help or information that can be provided!

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?
