Currently going through the interview process with Alcority in procurement. Seems to only have been in business for a couple years. I’ve been into the Irving office and met a couple ppl so it’s a real company, lol. I was recruited via LinkedIn by a 3rd party recruiting firm TEEMA. I’m negotiating my offer with the 3rd party directly, so there is a very close relationship between the two. Not much else to say. Salary is competitive at $125-135k

Hi All! I recently started my own Private Equity firm. Searching for any big do’s, dont’s, or hard lessons you learned along the way. I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?

Any thoughts?
