I have few offers. Max i have is 18LPA. Had technical interview done with Deloitte. next week there going to be HR Round. What should be the E.CTC? For senior engineer level in SAP practice, what's the max budget they usually have? Please drop your valuable advices.

I got documents submission mail on oct 10 after a week on 19th i got a mail with the subject of application status update saying i have cleared all rounds But still i didn't offer letter . I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?
