Does anyone else struggle networking with seniors? I really hate the superficial work talks and I find it super hard to find common ground with some of these people

My manager micro manages everything I do, and I’m losing my mind. Wanted to see how any of you have handled a manager like this, and get some advice on how to tell them to literally stop.

How do you handle rude clinicians in the workplace? I always have an attending talking down to me.

PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.

I never had any conflicts with anyone, but i felt that they all connered me. I had a call with my director and senior director and explained about this on my last day

i never met my teammates in office since i joined and resigned in covid.

Already spoke with a partner who wanted something done this morning for him to review and then we discuss again. Sent it to him about 4 hours ago. Should take him half an hour to review max. At what point can I check in with him to see when we can catch up so I’m not waiting in the office all day?

Have you ever accidentally insulted your boss, pretty hard core, in a meeting? What I do? It was a total foot in mouth, but it was a huge meeting. Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

Lead is a psycho. He shows hell to the team members including me.
