Do you mean short vol ? Or protected notes ?

More along the lines of a comprehensive long-term strategy to minimize vol within a portfolio. Puts on broad etfs like spy or vti.

Only if they have large RSU portfolios that haven't been diversified yet due to tax reasons

I was approached by a recruiter and the initial recruiter call went well. I was told the next step was either a chat with the hiring manager or a portfolio review.
I just got a request for a technical interview. Should I approach it as a chat or portfolio review?

Was reached out from an Amazon Recruiter for a Program Manager role. Got past the online assessment and now they are asking for total compensation expectations (inclusive of RSUs, bonuses). Any idea of what is a fair number to put? Especially since the salary is no longer capped. Currently a Senior consultant with 6.5 YOE, making 116K.

Hi all, I’m looking to re-enter the workforce. I had to take a career pause @ the beginning of the pandemic because I had a child. I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research). I’d like to make a slight pivot into a health informatics, clinical data or data analytics position but I’m also open to non clinical research positions like regulatory/quality assurance etc. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA

Hey everyone. I’ve got an interview coming up for Lead advisory (M&A). I really want the job. They’ve given me a case study with a company (no data just a website) and asked me to prepare a two page report on the company for a partner who is going to help a PE firm that owns the company with the sell side mandate. They’ve said to include industry, strategy, operations, financials and other relevant info. Any tips on what I should include in each heading and how I can stand out?

I was working for ad agency here in Minneapolis and they reached out to me on LinkedIn without a job description saying that they wanted a seasoned digital project manager which I am. I accepted the offer and started working for this agency and now 6 months in they are asking me also do Wireframes and Content planning together with a project manager role as their team is super small and they do not have dedicated ux/ui and seo members in place.I said that is not my part of the job and parted.

Been living with boyfriend for last 7 or so months. Going really well I thought.

Snooped his IG chat (bad I know) and saw him chatting other dudes and planning a meet-up this weekend (I’m going to be away to see some family). Provocative stuff. Kinda freaking out.

Happy Monday!

Has someone ever questioned your decision to join the military? I always argue about it with my father.
