Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. I did criminal defense for 10 years and now I’ve been prosecuting for 4. It’s personally been great. I have a much better WLB and am much less stressed and better compensated. I think if I went back to defense it would be fine career-wise. I know plenty of prosecutors who have gone to defense and done well.
I would be more concerned about whether you’re able to have the kind of success you want where you are. If so, keep at it. Don’t worry about whether switching sides is “good” or “bad.” If you’re doing well, stay where you are. If you’re not happy, nothing wrong in going somewhere else whether that’s the same side or different. Basically it doesn’t matter.
