Anyone in AI / ML have recommendations (e.g. courses, books, conference/events, KOLs to follow, etc.) on where/how to start self-learning about the industry and related practices?

Currently in an unrelated role so I know very little, but really curious about the industry so want to learn on the side and maybe eventually focus more on adaptive AI, driving better CX, etc. Thank you!

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
