How do I follow up an application (first interview after HR screening) to find out if they decided to endorse my application to the hiring manager? I was told they would endorse me and I should probably wait a bit. But I mean they didn’t initiate contact after a month so it’s probably a no, but I’d still like to have some closure. Any suggested wording? Thanks!

Hi guys I need some advice please. I am still quite young and new to the workforce so I want to make sure I’m being realistic, but also not being taken advantage of. I got offered a position at a an international consulting firm and my role would be conducting research about manufacturers, negotiating contracts with them and also and speaking with clients. The role is nearly 100 percent remote. Is asking for 2,500 per month appropriate? Or am I selling myself short or asking for too much?

Any Project Coordinators successfully transition to a Project Manager or Scrum Master role? If so, how did you do it? I would love to increase my income but most of the Project Coordinator positions I see are paying less or about the same as I’m making now. (57k) I recently earned my CSM certificate and am hoping this will help. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Hired as Product Marketer. Now manager wants me to “own all strategic partners.” If you were asked to take over partner marketing activities, what pros and cons would you see to having those responsibilities?

I haven’t worked with partners much, and it has never been an interest. However, maybe the company thinks partnerships will be a big source of revenue (I am trying to find out from a C-level).

My manager thinks partner marketing won’t take more than 25% of my time. Not sure I believe it.
