If the comp isn’t an issue for a short amount of time, get your foot in the door. You’ll learn the systems and front counter procedures, and get paid to study. You’ll be a better PC working into the role
Comp depends on location. Starts at 77k average across the U.S., but range is 77k-120k
Where are you located? Salary varies depending on location as well as your YOE.
You will need your series 7 to get just about any role at Fidelity. You won't be able to do basic trading without it. The entry level role will help you get the SIE, 7 AND 63.
