Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA

Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear you are stressed. Praying that you do not get laid off.
No job is ever layoff-proof. That said, there's no need to panic. That will only make your job search that much more stressful. You don't even know yet whether you're going to be in trouble, so you do have some breathing room. Just start applying for any openings you find interesting and take it from there. Hang in there - whatever happens, you will be fine.
This is basically what I've been aiming to do lately.
I'm with you. I don't work there but my employer is also rolling out layoffs this month. I get worried every time I hear about layoffs in tech. I hope you don't get affected.
Same here! Better to look for plan B now. I started looking for other job opportunities just in case.
Same sentiments. We could never be too confident and sure about our jobs. Hoping for the best but kinda expecting the worst.
Not at Amazon or in tech but see the writing on the wall. Be proactive and start looking. Keep your chin up!
