If you resign, benefits end on your last day. If you are termed, you will have through the end of month.
If last day is 3/1, then you'll have coverage through end of March
i was just IPG, it depends, at deutsch no longer effective after last day of employment

Damn that sucks. I've always had insurance through EOM when leaving.
Also depends on state law. Best time to leave a company is on the 1st or closest day to the first. Most states mandate coverage continue through the end of the month. Also, if you do flex spending...use it or you lose it!
