Anyone know of any Bay Area ad agencies that are actually bringing in local talent for full time or freelance? They all seem to complain about the ad scene leaving town, but then only bring in remote creatives who moved to Park City or some shit.

Straight up plagiarism imo. Literally search "adoptable dog on beer can" and the Motorworks stuff comes up, so not googling the idea beforehand is not an excuse.
