Anyone knows how long it takes to hear back from PWC after the final Partner interviews?

A bunch of acquaintances / friends of friends have been so kind with helping me think through next steps and even do interview prep. 1/ is it appropriate to send a small item? 2/ if so what are appropriate ideas outside a thank you note eg chocolates, gift card? Want to show genuine appreciation but also mindful to make sure it’s not overkill

I'm in last week of notice period, how many days will it take to roll out offer letter?
