I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps. A backend that allows for volunteers to add their availability hours (something like Calendly integration), short bio, profile pic etc

A front end that requires users to sign up, and then lets them directly sign up with the volunteers.
