Anyone leave consulting and regretted it?
I’ve had my foot half out the door for awhile, but also think there’s a lot I could still learn in consulting and I appreciate the fast-track development opps, promos / raises, etc. Been really burnt out but now talking myself into staying until the next promo, but wondering if that’s stupid Stockholm syndrome lol

You can get into FAANG but remember you will become good for nothing. As when u try to switch you will have bug fixes in your resume no productivity. Beware...

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m a bit older (mid 40s) and with ageism in tech, I worry if I don’t like this role, I won’t have options there. How do I stay attractive to consulting firms? I work in product design and spent last 5 years in consulting.
