They hired me as a trainee engineer and promised to give 1 year training before making me a permanent employee but I wasnt given any trainings infact I started working on live work. I have been working here from 2.8 years and I managed to survive because they dont have new projects they keep on working on some 3-4 old softwares that they created long time ago. I hate coding and cant code properly and now I am stuck in IT industry.
