I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. I have only been at my current company for 6 months, however I would like to take the offer, how do I approach this?
Wow, so no more free lunches…what a joke

It was better.
- seats were more comfortable: a bit wider, improved pitch and recline, foot rest (even still one could not completely stretch out), more spacious overall;
- one seat mate (non-center);
- food was possibly a step above economy, no where near first class quality;
- economy service unfortunately
Even with increased seat comforts I could not sleep.
Is it better than economy?
- yes if you were in a middle economy seat
- no if you were in your preferred economy seat w/ an empty seat next to you
- possibly if you were in your preferred economy seat and your row was full. If the price was within reason yes.

Depends on airline, but usually a huge improvement

If you can find an airline that the premium economy has a "cradle seat". Much better.

u remember which one had that for u?
It really depends not only on the airline, but also on the specific plane model. In general, I tend to prefer configurations and seats on Airbus A330-900's to the Boeing 777's.
But to answer your question: yes, I was able to sleep pretty well on a long haul to Tokyo on ANA, but typically I need to be in Business to actually sleep.
OP, which product are you planning on booking?
Yea, happy to chat about specific products in DMs. It varies a lot from brand to brand and even from aircraft to aircraft
I loved the Premium economy on American airlines when I flew from India to the USA. It is worth it.
Yes, got great sleep. Better than the economy seat.
