What jobs could I look into for furthering my insurance career? I am currently an agent team member and I feel like I’m busy but not challenged enough to stay content. I am KY licensed for P&C and L&H. I don’t want to open an agency. I make $13 an hour so pretty much anything would be better . I’ve been a licensed team member for 2 years and counting. I don’t currently receive any benefits but I NEED them. I do not have any college degrees. I prefer working for State Farm but am open to options
Ladies, do you Botox? How old are you / When did you start? Happy with it or regret it?
Hey everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma. The school that I’m at right now I love. I love the people, I love the kids (even if they get on my last nerve). It’s the management that’s ruined it. Our management team had a swift change in direction and now it’s just bad. They don’t know how the school works and everything feels seriously different. The last two weeks have been the hardest in all of my profession and I want to find somewhere else. Should I try and stick it out, or find something new?

Virtusa Brillio Deloitte USI
Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
Am curious since I’m just starting to learn about MBB and consulting in general, how long does it take for a BA to get to EM? Heard someone going from one to the other within 2year time frame, was wondering if that is even achievable
Starting with Deloitte in August, I’m planning to keep my personal phone, will I get to use a tech allowance? Do I get to use their listing to get a new phone for cheap or would I go to a new provider, start a plan and then just expense my monthly payments (80%)?

Ok I'm not that into cars, but I think it's dope that Formula E is doing the all-electric motorsport race here next year. As someone in the Portland service industry I'm all for anything that will bring people to the city, and I feel like we don't have that much sports stuff going on here usually. Would you go to this if it wasn't too expensive? Does Portland have much of a car scene?

Is anyone in Portland conservative? What is it like for you being there? I get along with just about anyone, but seems pretty hostile towards non-liberal folks from what I've seen
I currently work as a optician, referral coordinator and optometry technician. Busting my butt off wearing all 3 hats and I get paid $20 an hour… I don’t think this is a fare wage considering I’m doing the job of 3 people. I want to negotiate a higher wage any tips of what I should ask for?

Moving to Oregon from California in about a month. I don't know anyone in the city. Any suggestions on activities/cool sights to see?
Is moving from Seattle worth it? I've heard the freeze is still in affect in Portland but I'm more worried about prices. I WFH mostly and pull down like 120k a year, Seattle is getting crazy expensive rent wise and crazy full. I'd like to find somewhere new but stick to the PNW.
Biggest Portland stereotypes? Do you think they're true or not true?
Mine is that everyone in Portland is into hiking, snowboarding or running....I promise there are some homebodies/non-athlete types out here y'all we just have to find each other ahah.
Anyone have any connections with Portland General Electric? I am a design technician that works remotely on pole replacement jobs (designing, creating construction drawings, estimating) based in California. My 6 month contract will be up with my company soon and I am looking for a better salary (I currently make ~$48k/yr). This is my first job in this field as I graduated from UP in 2020 and it took a while to land a "professional" job due to the pandemic.

I’ve been looking forward to this show for 3 months ever since the trailer came out. I don’t have much patience so waiting a week in between is killing me.
I haven't watched it yet, but HBO rarely disappoints. I might wait until a few more episodes are out so I can watch a few right in a row instead of waiting. House of the Dragon was tough to wait for each week.
YES. Also loved the game. Happy I have something to watch Sunday nights through spring.
Yes! I'll definitely be watching it, but once there are a few episodes out so I can binge it. I played the game a while back, and it's still one of my favorite games, so I'm excited to watch the show.
