"If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything." Do not understand why people are so unhelpful sometimes on here
@Pwc 1 and they should hire you lol?
P1's jelly
LOL when did they start hiring from EY?
Their cases are not that much more intense than most. Primary difference is in style as they're inteviewer-led. Their fit interviews, however, are like an interrogation. Make sure you're fully prepared for that.
Thank you SSC1 for contributing positively to a thread! Sincerely thank you -- I too would love advice on certain things and I feel like I can't get a straight answer from anyone on here!
PEI is really important to understand what we are looking for. And before the cases, make sure to practice how to succeed in interviewer-led cases, which can be quite different than candidate led ones! I can also answer some questions if you post them
OP. Look up PEI. The behavioral is intense- they will go to the nth detail e.g. Let's say you're describing a negotiation - they would ask what number did you receive what did you respond back with and how. The case at McK really is fun. They're open ended and it's important to go deep enough from what I was coached on. You will have a coach as well. Use the coach strategically. Look up Dconza ( I forget the exact spelling ) or electro light. Overall an amazing experience that I wish continued but grateful to go through it.
C1 - Totally agree with you
Haha! That's funny. Go luck OP.
Thank you MC 1. So how many stories do you think I should prepare ? So they need to be super detailed oriented ?
Need at least 3 stories. 4 is recommended, 5 is hard to remember
Thanks ! I will prob need to draft something and practice then

@MC1 so what kind of question will the initial recruiter phone conversation involve (not the PEI & case)
