I feel like it’s a bit hit or miss but would be interested in hearing others’ thoughts as well.

I got my current job with them so I guess they did a good job ha. Generally though it seems like all firms vary based on the recruiter you work with.

They contacted me and I had what I thought was a good interview with a company and emailed and asked for feedback and never heard back. I did not like that lol.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest. Should I disclose my relationship with entity A during the initial interview with entity B’s hiring manager? If so, what should I say? I don’t want my volunteer job at entity A potentially jeopardizes my full-time job at entity B.
