Growing office both in terms of team and work opportunities. Good time to get in for a creative in my opinion. Opportunity to shape work and be a leader. Pay is the best in Austin in my experience. Competitive with regular COL increases and promotions. I get hit up by recruiters in more expensive cities for lateral position and the pay they offer isn’t comparable when cost of living is taken into account. Work life balance ebbs and flows as with any other agency. There is big push to grow the office and the work so there can be overtime especially when pitching. That being said my personal work life balance is better than it has been elsewhere. Leadership is great and really tries best to balance everything out. Culture is good. Close knit coworkers. No drama I’m aware of.
It’s all subjective though, you know. I think it’s the best agency to work for in Austin and I’ve worked at several but ymmv. In any case, def worth pursuing and assessing for yourself
I’ve worked for another network agency before, so I totally get that. Also, no bolos here. I’m from the Midwest.
