Is that correct?

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). I understand life isn’t fair but is there an ethical problem with this?
