I’m looking to go into Cloud Consulting. Looking to make new connections and would really appreciate any advice. It says you must be done by Fall 2023 so I’m assuming the role starts January 2024

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry.
