My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

I have accepted counteroffers and been very happy. I definitely think it is worth considering if you actually like the company you are currently working for.
Yes I quite like it, it’s just that I was underpaid and bypassed for promotion and it’s sad that I got those from a counteroffer
Depends on the firm. Promises are easy to break. Do you have the promises in writing? Are they tied to definitive dates? If there’s nothing to keep the firm accountable…
Ask yourself too, why were you passed over before, and when it comes time for your next raise or promotion will anything have changed, or will you have to go and get another offer again?
Not in writing just verbal now
Look at the research on the issue. I believe it shows that a large percentage of people who took a counter offer do not work for the company in 12 months. That said, I have seen it work out.
That’s a good way to consider this.
