Are creative portfolios expected to show process (wireframes, iterations), or just polished final pieces? I saw a post recently on another bowl about how recruiters are asking for process in candidates' portfolios, and I've never been asked for that before. Is this a new standard?

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? Hi! I’m currently a Sr. Recruiter at an Agency, looking for a better opportunity in NJ. I have a B.S. in HR Management, 3.5 total years in Recruiting/HR. I have experience recruiting for various industries, and across board for different levels (entry, supervisor, manager, director, cfo). I’m seeking hybrid or on-site positions at this time - any leads or reach outs are appreciated!

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

I'm nearing the end of an interview for process for a job I'm meh on and recently began the process for my dream job. I'm slightly underqualified for the dream job but it's at a startup in a category I'm extremely passionate for. Should I let them know I'm nearing the end at another place?
